Rogun Dam expert advice

Rogun Dam, located on the Vakhsh River in Tajikistan, is a large embankment dam under construction intended for hydroelectric power generation and water regulation. Upon completion, the clay-core rockfill dam will be the world's tallest dam, with a planned height of 335 m. The project presents significant geotechnical challenges due to complex foundation conditions, seismic considerations, and the need for robust instrumentation to ensure long-term safety and performance.
