WP2 - "State-of-the-lagoon"- reports

Development of a comprehensive structure for the "state-of-the-lagoon" reports with all involved scientists of the project.

The main objective of this work package is to deliver the integrated scientific "State-of-the Lagoon"- reports for the case studies. This WP will also "test" the methodology for assembling these reports (delivered by WP1).

Furthermore, the objectives of this work package are the following:

  • An integrated framework for description of the lagoon system in a multidisciplinary way (from natural, social and economic sciences)
  • Per case study a stakeholder analysis and a scientific "state-of-the-lagoon"-report will be delivered.

The main issues for this workpackage is to:

  • Organising Integration workshops with scientists involved in the project (WP2).
  • Production of an Organization manual, Guidelines and Self-training Manual  for the  workshop methodology of WP 3 and WP4.
  • Conducting training sessions for the facilitators of the local lagoon sessions in (in WP3).
  • Development of overall decision framework that is derived from the case studies which is to be used in other European lagoons (not involved in this project).
